I'm the CEO of IIIR. I want to point out a mistake in the report (which follows from Google's inaccurate statement on the subject) - we did not breach confidentiality. We are a public company with an obligation to keep shareholders informed of material events. This obligation was sidelined only temporarily by the need to confidentially conduct our delicate negotiation with Google. But once Google broke off negotations, there was no longer any justification for failing to respect our obligation to shareholders and we published a comprehensive report on the matter as an adjunct to our Annual Report and Accounts.
