Would they like the London Hilton better?
ITU is just a place where government people meet to agree any changes, they may not like the UN but then do they even know what they're not liking?

If the UN wasn't the meeting place it would be the London Hilton, or the Radisson Resort Paris, or some place, but it would still be the technical representatives from the countries involved.
