Those books can become free when the time lapse is over. They are entitled to protection granted under the constitution. They also give away stuff under pro bono. Authors talk anyway.

As for writers and thinkers self critism is important which wiki doesn't do to well. Most of it is amateurish babblings of heresay knowledge of the subject. Don't get me wrong, they have that right and I have the right to walk away and pay for the accuracy.

As for Alexandria, it was burned the first time by Romans when they set fire to ships during the Ceaser/Alexandria campaign and it spread to it. The second time fanatical Christians burned it in 391 AD. The third time in 642 AD when a muslim army polished it off using the books as fuel.

So for "ANY" religious leader on hell bent world domination put a sock in it and go away. I am happy you found salvation, but keep it to yourself. OButterball don't rail just against the Christians. There are crazies in all religions.
