Not an alternative...
I think what the first writer was stating is that there is no alternative "equivalent" to PayPal. Besides ebay, many vendors acknowledge PayPal. I personally believe the biggest problem with PayPal is not only the scum-bucket ebay owning/running it, the business-type is in a gray area concerning banking rules. Many banking rules don't apply (thanks to the scum-bucket owners) and of course, they take the attitude of... who cares what you think... we will make our own rules... and no one does anything about it. If I operated my business like both ebay and paypal... the FTC would have prolly sent me to Gitmo....
