This program does nothing against the main bulk of file swapping. Almost all major file swappers (I'm not talking about 10 year old kids getting a few choice songs or videos on their parent's PC) are on their own computer. Even if they aren't an adult most parents choose to buy their children their own PC's to avoid clutter. It is true that most kids are light years ahead of their parents in terms of computer knowledge and will be able to spot and delete any program that will threaten their ability to file swap.
