- legitimate site acting like phish
- I have found the Capital One site unacceptable, as it is set up to look and act like a phish site, and there is no provision for verification. How can a bank sue a provider for pointing out the characteristics of its site which make it look like a phish, such as requiring entry of personal data to log in?
