Nope, your wrong. The people the authors guild should be sueing is
the universities. They are ones lending the books for this purpose. And if i am not mistaken the process is taking place in one of the university librarys. I saw a news report on this months ago. There was no objection then. Also, keep in mind that some authors are no longer alive. There are alot of books out there, the authors guild should come up with a list of their books and then send that to google to have them excluded.
