Writing is Rewarding
While human interaction is healthy in most cases, we should each be psychologically healthy enough to be able to spend some time alone. If you don?t like yourself, you may not wish to do that! Writing has long been known to be therapeutic. Therapists often tell their patients or clients to write things down or write a letter to someone with no intent to even send it. Doesn?t it make you feel great though when you write down how you feel about something, send it out to cyberspace, and get a response that could possibly result in a long term or even a lifetime friendship? If you haven?t yet had that experience, I hope that you do!
