You're still not communicating well
---And I suggest working on your listening skills---

My listening skills are irrelevant here. I think you meant to say
my reading comprehension skills, but again, your post is
inaccurate and does not say what you want it to say. That's why
I suggest you concentrate more as you post, and perhaps review
what you've written before submitting it.

When you say, "Sue the maker, he is the one that will be held
responsible", this is a clear statement that you are suggesting a
course of action, and the results of that action. It in no way
implies that you are only speculating that perhaps it is a method
that might be employed by the RIAA, nor does it imply that there
is any doubt in your mind about its level of success.

Even if I had been able to read your mind about the true intent
of your post, you still have failed to answer any of the questions
that this raises. Why do you think this course of action would be
a successful one? You've stated that the main thrust would be to
bankrupt small inventors, one which has clearly been refuted by
the likes of the EFF and their willingness to defend such
entreprenueurs. Given the fairly clear decision regarding
Grokster, is there any hope for success in court using this
method? I personally don't think it's likely.
