That is dangerous
This is very close to the same thing as suing the gun companies because people use their guns in illegal activities.

The folks from Bit Torrent (The author) do not seam to be promoting illegal activities. Nor are they getting any money from what I understand. Hard to get any real money from someone that has none, and a poor PR move.
