- Read the article and it will explain to you his job function. Nothing more than a messenger boy between sites. And yes Lee is only an HR person, just does the hiring and firing. Sounds like HR to me. He can't work on any of the search technology for a year. So lets put it together now, messenger boy + HR, how is that innovation? Google got screwed on this deal, only a matter of time before they quickly diminish their funds.
