New lawsuit looming over Google's use of 'Gmail'?

G-mail isn't Gmail: The idiot suing Google obviously has never been to school, G-mail isn't Gmail, there's a difference that even a 4 year old can see. Why isn't Hormel suing the Monty Python? It is Monty Python who started to use of the word "spam" as a slang word for UCE (junk mail) the reason is simply this: the word spam in all lowercase is NOT the same as spam in all uppercase, if anyone uses the word spam in all uppercase that is to mean the "spiced ham" not email. Therefor if one uses Gmail it is NOT the same as G-mail.
