Facts please?
a) Do you have any facts to back up your claims? I heard my Aunt Sally tell Uncle Fred that Billy down in Alabama told Sue that Bob doesn't want to work at MS isn't really a "fact" that people don't want to work for MS. It's your opinion on other people's opinion of other people. I have, for example, actually heard the opposite. That MS is still one of the best and most admired places to work.

b) MS is actually projected to increase earnings with Windows and Office by about 30%. Projections are expected to be higher once Vista and Office 12 debut. Other business units are projected to grow as well. Dynamics, for example, is projected at 10% while analysts are all over the place for entertainment (Xbox). I'm not sure what the projected earnings for MSN are but I think it's above 20%.

MS overall is expected to grow at 34% next year.
