HR worth more than some lawyers
It's interesting that one of the lawyers remarked that the court order "reduces him to being, at least until the outcome of trial, the most highly compensated HR (human resources) manager ever." Maybe if Microsoft, and quite a few other technology companies, took HR and recruiting more seriously, these sorts of problems wouldn't happen. Microsoft could be a leader in HR, yet, despite the money they spend on it and technology they throw at it, their HR and recruiting model is stuck in the 1960s.
