I went to schooll with a number of Chinese students.
For whatever reason, we always had a large number of Indian and Chinese students in the Computer Science department, I would say over half. These students were some of the best and brightest from China, and many of the other American students hated competing with them for grades. But these types of students would not want to work for a tired monopoly that has no choice but to protect its twin cash cows. The would want to work somewhere exciting.
