Google's recruiters falling down on the job
1) Lee... a guy stupid enough to correpond about his future job with Google *USING HIS WORK COMPUTER AT MICROSOFT*!!! Nuff said.

2) Yes, Cerf is known for being a TCP/IP pioneer. But lately, he's participated in an ICANN that backed away from its first baby steps towards user representation. ICANN has grown increasingly authoritarian, engages in power-grabs, and spends millions on globe-trotting conferences in exotic spots all over the world. If I were MS, and wanted to set up an MS-controlled-internet, I'd revive the old AlterNIC and go head-to-head against ICANN with a separate internet name-space. ICANN is one of the few groups that has as much animosity from the internet structure as Microsoft.

What's next? Are they going to hire Dubya in 2009?
