The lonely laugh of a blinkered troll

Do you think that the dirty laundry flapping in the gales of Chinese laughter caused by this court case is having a GOOD effect on Microsoft's image? Gates promising to outsource $100 million of work a year away from America is GOOD? Having 20 autonomous and competing workgroups all consuming company money whilstdoing nothing but get in each others way and producing diddly-squat by way of results, is GOOD? The CEO and Technical Architect accused of (racial) insults and swearing? Throwing chairs around in fits of anger (we've seen the gorilla dance, we can imagine that one)? Microsoft and Google's p*ssing contest is self-defeating, embarassing and deeply damaging to both Microsoft and Google.
