Absolutely true. KFL said as much during his direct examination yesterday, to a question posed by his own attorney, John Keker.
Besides, think about it: what does Google stand to gain by hiring KFL? Obviously his draw with newly-minted PhDs in Beijing is worth at least as much right now, while Google Labs Asia is still in the womb, as what he knows about search technology.
