I think the thief conclusion is a bit premature...
It may be true. It also might not be true. To trust "public utterances" etc without more to go on is lame. Are you party to the case?

Also, Microsoft (and other corporations) aren't shy of blatantly lying if it suits them, and they think they can get away with it.

Remember also, that OJ is innocent and SCO is right...
