This just means it's time for a class action lawsuit...

I got my first computer (Apple II+) when I was 13, and a Franklin Ace 1000 (before Apple sued them out of existence) when my Apple got fried by lightning. Having been around computer a while, I am very big on user control. That is what it is all about. Else I don't need your stinking software.

Sure have defaults set up for the installations so non-knowing persons can just click and go, but ultimately give control to the user so those of us you know more, can make better decisions about what goes on our systems.

Anybody remember the MCP from Tron? LOL...

Now just watch your smile fade as software installations like this are mini-versions in their own way.

Those of us who know, should do the best to educate our families against such foistware.

It is time for a class action lawsuit to show companies they cannot just intrude on our lives by proxy. Because that is what they are doing with type of thing.

Take of leave....but leave it in our control.
