I too had not heard of Perfect 10. The jist of the article seems to be that Perfect 10 is upset that Google would display a link to an individual site that displays copyrighted content. It does not sound like Google itself is displaying anything other than a link. If that is the case, then why go after Google? Why not figure out who is displaying the content and go after them?

If the content linked too is actually on Perfect 10?s equipment, then Perfect 10 is responsible for securing their own content. What miffs me is that they just got free advertising for their adult content and when a person under 18 view the link from the story they are treated to a bare chested lady?Are their not laws against distributing pornography to minors? Even soft porn?
