Until today never heard of Perfect 10

Honestly I don't see a holier than thou in any of this, just my
observation.

Is Google actually copying then showing these pictures as their
own or as a search engine are they linking to them then one
sees the pictures? Doing a Google for Perfect 10 provided over
54 million hits. Yes there are pictures with a link to the
magazine, CNN etc..

It could come to past (highly unlikely by plausible) that any
material on the web that is linked could be called by the owner
as infringing. What happens then to any search engine? This
DMCA thingy is rubbish as well.

Until today I've never heard of Perfect 10, maybe they should be
thanking Google. My thought if you don't want people to see or
link your material without your permission don't put it on the
web. These days people are way so over sensitive.

If Perfect 10 is so miffed at Google perhaps they shouldn't ever
us them for searching nor any other engine for fear they might
infring by way of bookmarking (linking) their PC with a site. Yes
a stretch I know.
