when? is a great question, aol rip off

Aol is such a fruade ive had this happen wice and cant get any help here i cancelled my account and got a number and still they say they have no past record of me callig to cancle but i did call aol becuase i had previusly paid off a 300$ phone bill which aol had charged up i didnt find out for months after so i had made sure to get a cancleation number bottom line is thier anyway we can beat this they are robbing us and hurting our credit!!!!!!! and people wonder why other people go postal im so so frusterated and dont care what people think ABOUT WHAT I HAVE TO SAY BUT AOL IS A BUNCH OF IDIOTS RIP OFFS AND IM NOT RAACES BUT EVERYTIME I CALL ITS SOMEBODY WHO CAN BARELY SPEAKE ENGLISH OR SOMEBODY WHO TO RETARDED TO UNDERSTAND IT NOW I HAVE HEARD THE SAYING HIRE THE HANDYCAPPED THIER FUN TO WATCH BUT THIS IS REDICULAOUS
