AOL Custoer service reform

I too am one of the frustrated masses that AOL has beaten around. I supposedly recieved a 6 month "free" subscription to AOL with my new DELL. I called in January to cancel the subscription, and somehow, they say instead of cancelling, I signed up for a 7.95 dial up service! I have high speed, wireless, hmmmm. Well they took 12.93 out of my checking account yesterday, and when I called to question this, they tell me to really unsubscribe I have to pay an additional 15.00. As I was voicing my displeasure to a supervisor, he had the nerve to ask, "I'll go ahead and cancel that for you, can I tell you about some other great offers that we have?" I have to admit, that was when I lost my cool, and asked him to shut up, cancel the account and go rip someone else off. He was offended that I told him to shut up. Oh well, I guess reform will only happen in one state. Maybe someday in Alaska and the other 49.
