hey ppl, listen to me

hey blacks, wel iv worked in aol customer service for a yr and knw everything there is to knw abt it,and thts one of the reasons y i left tht place for gud.try this, and i bet my bottom dollar tht it'l work,call up the aol cancellation dept at 11pm est,thts whn ur cal wil be routed across to india(dont worry,much easier to handle),since the american call centres close down by tht time,.insist on the fact tht u did cal up and cancel the ac,they hav records whch do give out this info.before this keep the cancellation no. whch u got ready as a proof,.if u dont hav it, ask for an immediate cancellation if the ac is not yet cancelled,and ask politely tht u want a reimbursement of the last few months, if this doesnt work, demend to be transferred to a supervisor,and ask him/her for this reimbursement.dont worry, it wil work,tht is if u call up around tht time.the indian consultants are much more humane, and give in quite easily.and ya before i forget,make sure u get the screen name of the consultant and the supervisor before u hang up...
