AOL agrees to customer service reform

AOL Sucks

I didn't have AOL's service for a week, I was still on the trial memmbership, and I decided to cancel because they had not way of transferring data from my old ISP to this one. Then begins a continuing odyssey to try to disconnect their service. I couldn't get thru on their phone line, despite trying FOREVER. Then I found an address to write to, figuring I wouldn't have to waste time dialing to nowhere and now I've lost the address to write to. Does anyone have the address? I can't even remember my log-in name and so the time will be coming up to start charging me. THIS IS WHAT THEY COUNT ON THAT THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER TILL YOU FINALLY GET CHARGED. My son had the same problem, though he tried to disconnect he never could and they kept charging till finally one of the local newstations did a report on AOL and they were able to help him get it cancelled. Is this anyway to drum up business?
