AOL WON'T CANCEL FOR OVER 1 YEAR
We have just found out the AOL has been charging my husbands debit card for over 1 year. We cancelled in Dec 2005, we cancelled the way they told us to. And low and behold we are stuck in the AOL NIGHTMARE. I had an absolut screaming match between an AOL rep and his Supervisor to no avail. Is there anything we can do to get this cancelled and get our mony back? Who can we get ahold of in our State to help with this matter. Like New York finally did? I would not recommend AOL to anyone.
