I just got home a little while ago and installed it. I'm very disappointed that there's a Gmail requirement. I think Gmail is a great mail service, but I've already offered it to all my friends. Those who haven't taken me up on it aren't going to be interested in this. If they're trying to market Gmail to people, why not just take it out of beta and allow people to sign up, rather than keeping it invite-only?
