I hope they fail miserably...

I hope Warner chokes big time on this. Some friends of mine and I had this idea 3 years ago, but with the whole industry paranoia on piracy, a huge hassle with the performance rights organizations and a lack of interest by venture capitalists (mainly because of the first two things I mentioned) we never got off the ground. Our business plan was solid and we'd received a lot of support and praise from artists for our idea. I wonder if some corporate schmuck at Warner got ahold of our business plan.
