When I walk into CVS (drugstore) and see the generic cold medicine, there are "ads" saying "Compare to XXX (name brand)". Isn't that the same thing? Maybe the law should read that you can't use a trademarked name in ANY print - unless its a news story or a direct ad for the product. What about Consumers Reports that directly compares products? Its a slippery slope that's for sure.
