Yes, it does.
Or we could use an analogy that I used just the other day... Mix it up randomly in the crowd of domain names, similar to a Movie Store, instead of putting pr0n in it's own "Adult" section.

Sure, not every website will migrate to the new top level domain, but it would be nice to use one filter to kill what I hope will be the majority of the pr0n sites. That is unless you like paying large dollars to services like Netnanny and Cybersitter to guard your kids from this stuff.
