It is not entirely free

Call any of the three big credit companies... IF and WHEN you get a human being on the line.. ask for a free credit report and they will laugh you off the phone. Now there are SOME states that allow a free credit report from the big 3 once a year... but that isn't easy either. For example, Equifax. Goto their website. You'll see absolutely nothing about free on their website. If you search and dig, you MAY finally come to the part that explains you can call their 800 number and request a free if you qualify. Well, throughout the process, their tactics are to GET you to pay that 7 bucks regarless. Oh, and if your address is different on THEIR file from what it is suppose to be... [BOING] you have to write and frackin PLEAD with them to change it. How could it be different? Any BOZO company can report your information incorrectly. Have a nice Corporate American day!
