Hey, Dell, you paying attention?
Apparently not.

Denial is a terrible thing:

"Dell announced plans to open two new customer service centers last week, but company Chief Executive Officer Kevin Rollins denied that Dell was having customer service problems."

Then I'd invite Kevin to remove his anterior sensing apparatus from his posterior alimentary canal. Dell service has been sucking rocks the last two years and going downhill the last five. But, hey, why let reality intrude in Dell headquarters, right Kevin? Just stay in denial, it's a lot nicer world there. In denial you can pretend your Indian call centers are doing a really good job with customer service. That outsourcing hasn't hurt your company a bit.

Just like outsourcing their meal service hasn't hurt British Airways...oops. They lost 70 some million on that fiasco last week and left a trail of hacked off customers. Just like your overseas call centers have hacked off legions of computer users.

But what concern is that to you? You've got your fat fanny parked in a fancy leather chair in a corner office. Probably got the corporate jet ready to whisk you away to a much deserved Caribbean getaway to one of those resorts that provide rooms already stocked with women. Ah, great life, isn't it? Who cares about those great unwashed masses of little people, aye?
