They forgot to point out that MS makes money hand over fist on Windows, but
they spend more money trying to maintain the lock-in thatn giving the customers what they want. Customers want a modular OS so they can mix and match as desired. They want browsers that are compatible. They want security first and features second.

COULD THIS HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH MONOPOLIES????
