It's timing that counts
I remember hearing a story years ago about a guy who went to file
his patent and lost out because someone else had filed one 30
minutes before. If I recall correctly (it was a long time ago I heard
the story) the guy who was first was old Alex Bell and the patent
was for the telephone.
