You clicked 'buy' 'buy' 'buy' and 'pay' and if that wasn't a shopping cart then what is?
But then Amazon should have come out against software/process patents instead of trying to game the system like like the above post says.

40 million here, and there it will all add up to far outweigh any gain from the single click ordering patent.
