i remember those same things
pay 150 bucks for a book and they offer not even half the price back. Hell, i remember buying a book and then deciding i didn't need the course, and the book was still in it's shrink wrapping, and they offered me just under half price for it, the damn thing was never opened. It was my fault of course for being too lazy to take time out of my schedule to retun it in a timely manner. Talk about a scam, they need to make the price at LEAST 50% cheaper or more to make any money from this. Talk about highway robbery.

And then i also remember the professors making sure their class had to buy a certain book, and low and behold, the professors name was on it. It was always truely disgusting that the professor would panhandle their books like that, but what a racket.
