For a temporary book? I wonder who would be stupid or desparate enough to go for this deal? From my experience, many years ago, the average price of text book went for about $150. So assuming the price is the same they'd still pay $100 to have access to the book for only 150 days. That's a pretty high priced rental if you ask me.

Another point I remember is some text books were useful to have in the semesters that followed, very useful if in some cases even after you're out of university.

Seems more throwing money away if you ask me.

Still if it's one of those books you use once then sell back to the bookstore it could be worth it as you usually don't even get 33% of the books original price back from this sale.
