They're owned by the same people that own Roadrunner. Roadrunner is probably the fastest subscription ISP out there.
Why is Time-Warner screwing around with this crap??!!
Jeez, it's like the only ISP that can't use a generic email program (for Cryst sake!). T-W funds Mozilla and owns Netscape's name and STILL can't figure out how to use their own interface without IE.
Why do you think they made that crappy Netscape 8 browser?
