No matter what AOL does, unless they DRASTICALLY improve their technical support and customer service, they will go down the tubes.

I have had problems throughout the years and at one time their tech support people simply read what they believed was the remedy from a 'problems' book. That stunk. Nowadays, the tech support call is diverted to a country that allegedly speaks English. That is a joke in itself. Now I can't even understand the tech support person that was attempting to remedy my problem.

Now the latest, I have written to tech support twice in the past two weeks with the same problem and they are simply ignoring me.

AOL is not Gloria Gaynor and ...will NOT survive.
