A somewhat myopic view.
"Be a parent and look after you kid but that doesn't matter because if you claim it's for the childeren you could get anything you want."

You are ignoring the fact that you cannot monitor your kids 24 hours a day. Little things like a job get in the way. They also access the net while there in school. How does a parent monitor that?
