I could care less about pornographers rights to free speech
BUT THIS IS WRONG.

One man's art is another man's porn. So who is going to decide that? Ashcroft or Bill Clinton?

The Congress and Senate since McCain/Feingold just keep finding ways to infringe on free speech. If this passes look out for "hate speech" to be taxed. Who is going to decide that? Jerry Falwell or Jesse Jackson.

This protect the children argument is so bogus. Follow the cash. Who's got it and who wants it and that will answer all questions as to why. This is just another trojan horse to get tax money. Dress a pig up in a tutu and you still have a pig.

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't China's governement censor content they find objectionable? Why yes they do. At the rate these IDIOTS in the US government are going it won't be long till all we will be able to say on ZDNET is, "yes master" for fear of offending our politicians. Actually what will happen is Talkkback will be deemed political/pornographic/hatespeech and ZDNET will have to close it down.

I may not agree with what you say but I'll be the first to defend your right to say.
