That is only good if the patents are limited to original Constitutional justification.

Granted to the INVENTOR
For a LIMITED TIME

The patent dies and can not be reissued at the
end of the LIMITED TIME or
at the DEATH OF THE INVENTOR.

Unfortunately Congress violated the intent of the Constitution and the Supreme Court failed miserably when it could have restored the Constitutionally intended limits.

We lose and respect for the law loses.
