Costs money to advertise.
The people who made those ads paid money for them to be created, approved them, and paid again to have them aggravate me. I feel entitled to blame the provider of ads built without compunction on the idea that any attention is good attention.

I also feel entitled to blame the host for setting up a page that's worse than the anime that supposedly sent children into convulsions.

I'll be glad to include gifs in the blame.

Not sure what you meant about Vista. Will the operating system prevent my existing software that stops Flash
