I have no problem with that Voska

I quit a very lucrative trucking company once over ethics conflicts. They wanted me to break D.O.T. rules and even though they would have paid my fines, the dings went against my record and could have cost me my license. I understand and realize that IT folks are faced with unscrupulous bassholes also and it is damn tuff to quit a job. We all have bills to pay. Every worker IMNSHO has to make value judgements when they hire on or quit a place. I also know that "ethical" companies as I define them are few and far between when it comes to emplyees.

I think too often hirees do not take enough time investigating who they are applying with. If Jelly indeed sought to hire on with his company because of ethics, I say good on him. That was wise.
