Copywriting extends to more then just music
As an artist or a writer, youi copywrite your material. If you can't, what is to stop someone from reproducing it and selling there own copies. You did the work, yet some one else gets the profits with no labor involved? In any other industry, that's illeagal to create a duplicate of something else and sell it.
