Nothing has passed yet

This has just been introduced a few months ago and they haven't even looked at it as the Budget and Same Sex Marriage was a problem. All that has happen is the people are reading this, mainly lawyers, and come the Autumn when parliment is in session again debates will occur and this law will change.

PS: Canada technically doesn't have a low population density it just appears that way. But when consider that 90% of the population lives about 10% of the land mass of Canada that density is pretty high in those areas. So WiMAX may take some time to get to that 10%.
