Do they not understand how BROWSERS work?
By default, IE uses 10% of the HardDrive.


It uses that 10% to CACHE files that are downloaded to the user to View.

While this may not seem to be an issue, there also does not seem to be anything to prevent anyone from suing over the DEFAULT functionality of the Web Browser.

This 'law' seems to stem from the fact that Archive.Org stored something a Company made public (information) and then recanted on due to the information being inaccurate enough to get them sued.

Who is this law supposed to protect(or why are we protecting Corporations) ?
