And yet no one is using the new Napster
If you want to beat the infringing networks, you have to compete
with them and offer a product that's more compelling. Steve
Jobs understands this, and the iTunes music store is now
making a nice profit, at least according to Apple's latest financial
report.

Napster, on the other hand, appears to be in big trouble.
Despite forcing their system on college students who didn't ask
for it, they still can't get those same college students to actually
use it. See this hilarious survey for details, which shows a
whopping 1% of students using Napster to purchase music:
