Why wouldn't Microsoft want to add this feature? It gives the user more functionality. Personaly I don't see the need for a bittorrent client in my browser, I have azerus if I need to download a torrent. But if people deem it good, I think MS should include it. You'd be silly to think only non-MS browsers are allowed to implement technology.
